Florida dealership group sells 7 stores to Illinois-based group

Fields Auto Group has agreed to buy Brumos Automotive in Jacksonville, Fla. The deal is expected to close in mid-February. Brumos declined to announce the terms of the transaction because it remains subject to governmental and manufacturer approvals.
