NextEV picks ex-Cisco tech chief to lead Tesla chase in U.S.

NextEV named Padmasree Warrior, Cisco Systems' former technology chief, to lead U.S. operations as the Chinese electric-car startup takes on Tesla. Warrior, 55, will be U.S. CEO and head of development for software and user experience.
