First GM ignition-switch lawsuit is dismissed amid perjury allegations

The first federal trial over General Motors' ignition-switch recall came to an early end today, as the parties said the case has been dismissed. GM submitted evidence earlier this week that the plaintiff engaged in fraud and perjury.
