GM, two dealerships settle FTC charges on advertising for unrepaired used cars

GM and two dealership companies, Jim Koons Management and Lithia Motors, will settle allegations that they advertised cars as being carefully inspected when, in fact, they had unrepaired safety recalls, the FTC said today.
