Federal-Mogul looks to expand in eastern Europe, China

Federal-Mogul, the supplier controlled by billionaire Carl Icahn, is looking to expand its manufacturing facilities in eastern Europe and China to tap growth opportunities, co-CEO Daniel Ninivaggi said.
