Ford to invest $1.6 billion in new Mexico small-car plant, create 2,800 jobs

Ford will spend $1.6 billion to build a new auto assembly plant in Mexico, its first new North American assembly plant in 30 years. The factory will build small cars in the state of San Luis Potosi.
