Nissan sales advance 13% on record truck, car volume

Nissan Motor's U.S. sales rose 13 percent last month as the company continued to benefit from strong light truck demand and generous discounts. Sales at the Nissan division advanced 13 percent to a record 149,784 cars and light trucks.
