XIO Group acquires J.D. Power for $1.1 billion in cash

XIO Group, a London-based buyout firm with major ties to Chinese investors, is acquiring J.D. Power and Associates, a unit of McGraw Hill Financial Inc., for $1.1 billion in cash.
