Ala. court overturns award against dealership accused of negligent repair

Alabama's top court has torpedoed a $132,500 jury award against a Huntsville dealership accused of negligent repair of a 2009 Silverado 1500 that eventually caught fire and failure to warn the owners of the fire hazard.
