Jeep, Ram propel FCA to 6% gain in April; GM drops 4% while Ford rises 3.6%

Ford said its April U.S. light-vehicle sales increased 3.6 percent on gains from SUVs and trucks while FCA US posted a 5.66 percent rise as consumers continued to snap up new Jeeps and Ram pickups. GM dropped 4 percent.
