VW to face suit from U.S. states over diesel emissions, Maryland attorney general says

Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh said in a statement that the state and others plan to sue Volkswagen AG over environmental damage from the company's so-called defeat devices designed to cheat pollution-control tests.
