GM, Nissan, Ford, Toyota post Nov. gains behind deals, trucks

Strong light truck demand and fatter discounts helped GM, Nissan, Ford and Toyota post higher November sales. When other automakers report results today, U.S. light-vehicle sales are forecast to rise about 3.8 percent from a year earlier.
