Nissan, Ford, Toyota post Nov. gains behind deals, trucks

Nissan, Ford and Toyota posted higher November sales on strong light truck demand and fatter discounts. When other automakers report results today, U.S. light-vehicle sales are forecast to rise about 3.8 percent from a year earlier.
