Fiat Chrysler agrees to sell Magneti Marelli to KKR's Calsonic Kansei

Fiat Chrysler is selling its parts unit, Magneti Marelli, to Calsonic Kansei in a $7.1 billion transaction, the two companies said. The new company will be called Magneti Marelli CK Holdings.
