Fiat Chrysler agrees to sell Marelli to KKR's Calsonic Kansei

Fiat Chrysler is selling its parts unit, Magneti Marelli, to KKR and Co.'s Calsonic Kansei in a 6.2 billion-euro ($7.1 billion) transaction, the two companies said.
