Japanese supplier INOAC agrees to $2.35 million U.S. price-fixing fine

Japanese supplier INOAC agreed to plead guilty to fixing prices -- and pay a $2.35 million criminal fine -- on auto parts sold to Toyota between 2004 and 2012, the U.S. Justice Department said today.
