Lear acquires vehicle-to-vehicle communications firm

Lear said it acquired automotive connectivity supplier Arada Systems. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Arada develops hardware and software for vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure communication technology.
