Hyundai, Nissan, Toyota, FCA post modest gains on strong truck volume

Hyundai, Nissan, Toyota, Fiat Chrysler, GM and Ford, behind strong truck volume, posted modest U.S. sales increases in November as the industry appeared poised to chalk up another robust month. Deliveries jumped 12 percent at Hyundai.
